Shipping Fees & Details (Mooncake)

 

2025 MOONCAKE PRE-ORDER PERIOD: 1/8/2025 to 20/8/2025 

Any orders made after 20/8/2025 will be passed to the courier company within 1-3 working days, unless you've selected a later date for delivery during checkout. 

1. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder regularly just in case our email ends up there.  
   
   
2. Delivery lead time for orders to reach you (after processing and packing) is: 
   - West Malaysia: Estimated 3-5 working days*
   - East Malaysia: Estimated 8-15 working days*
   - Singapore: Estimated 7-10 working days*
   *subject to courier service's changes
   
   

Delivery fees are calculated based on final weight after packaging. Kindly refer to the following for estimate of each item: 

• One box of 4pc mooncake - 1kg 
• One box of 2pc mooncake - 500gm

 3. Shipping fee for SNOW SKIN Mooncakes are calculated as below: 
- 1pc to 12pcs: RM28.00
- 13pcs to 24pcs: RM38.00
- 25pcs and above: RM45.00
